Garry founded GSM in 2010 following a successful 25 years in operational and engineering roles in FMCG and pharmaceutical manufacturing with Reckitt Benckiser, Nestle, Kimberly Clark & United Biscuits. Garry’s key areas of expertise include Continuous Improvement and “Lean”. His pragmatic and practical “hands on” approach, with a keen eye on performance indicators, ensures delivering significant benefits to businesses. Coaching & mentoring have always been key elements of Garry’s leadership approach and this has ensured he has passed on knowledge and competencies to those he has worked with; enabling them to sustain processes, performance, continued improvement and business benefits. |

Gary

Gary has over 35 years of experience in Engineering including leadership and improvement roles in supply operations with major blue-chip companies Kimberly Clark and Reckitt Benckiser. Gary’s specialist skills are in the field of manufacturing equipment reliability strategies and systems in FMCG and Pharmaceutical environments. His expertise has supported sites in successful equipment troubleshooting, TPM rollout, CMMS implementation and use and World Class Manufacturing systems and processes. Gary enjoys delivering business improvements through coaching teams in application of cost effective maintenance methods and has done this internationally, across companies and cultures. |
| Eleanor Haswell |
Eleanor is GSM’s human resources expert, and leads Get Sorted People. Eleanor has over 20 years experience in H.R management, training and development in both the private and public sectors, for a wide range of clients from blue chip industrials to local councils to small and medium enterprises. This experience, combined with Eleanor’s outstanding people skills, makes her extremely effective in supporting leadership teams in resolving human resources challenges, the development and delivery of training programmes, group facilitation and one to one coaching and mentoring resulting in delivery of positive behavioural changes to individuals across all levels of an organisation. |
